Documents required for clients who are Belgian nationals (subject to changes) for flights to :
Attention! Damaged travel documents, for example a passport or an identity card with a crack, or an electronic identity card with a missing microchip, may be considered as invalid by the competent Belgian or foreign authorities. The risk of being refused entry to the flight or the territory of the country of destination remains entirely with the travellers. Therefore we recommend that you have your damaged travel documents replaced before travelling.
You are advised to get in touch with the relevant authorities (embassy or consulate) about the latest updates conc. formalities to accomplish.
• Greece, France, Italy : Valid national ID card.
• Spain, Portugal (incl. Madeira and Azores), Cyprus and Malta : valid identity card for stays longer than 90 days a visa is required

Albania : Valid national ID card (valid for 3 months after arrival in Albania).

• Kosovo: international passport, valid for the entire stay in Kosovo.
• Macedonia (Former Yugoslav republic of) : national ID card, valid for the entire stay in Macedonia.
• Turkey : valid identity card and visa(valid for maximum 90 days), which can be obtained upon arrival before passport control (15 euro) or beforehand at the Turkish Embassy in Brussels (+/-35 euro).
• Dominican Republic :
valid identity card (valid 3 months after returnflight)
As of 01 May 2012 an international passport is required to travel to the Dominican Republic (valid 6 months beyond departure date).
Tourist card available upon arrival, of 10 USD + 10 USD for the return flight (airport tax). Both are included in the Jetairfly price. Upon arrival in the Dominican republic clients must always present a return ticket, with the exception of holders of re-entry permit.
Naturalized Belgians : international passport required (Belgian or of country of origin)
For stays longer than 30 days a visa is required (or prolongation of the tourist card for a maximum of 90 days at the 'Emigration dept.' in Dom. Rep. at an additional cost) and, in Puerto Plata, an extra airport tax needs to be paid at the immigration services (+/- 18€ > 30 days, 22€ > 3 months).

• Tunisia : international passport valid for period of stay. For stays longer than 90 days a visa is required.
• Morocco : international passport valid until 3 months beyond departure date. For stays longer than 90 days a visa is required
• Bulgaria : Valid national ID card. For stays longer than 90 days a visa is required
• Croatia : valid identity card (valid 3 months after returnflight). Upon arrival you receive a visa free of charge. If you want to visit Bosnia (e.g; Mostar & Medugorje), then an international passport valid until 6 months after return is required. for stays longer than 90 days a visa is required
• Costa Rica : international passport . Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey. For stays longer than 90 days a visa is required.
The departure tax of $ 26 that you normally have to pay when leaving Costa Rica, is included in our ticket price.
To enter Costa Rica with an international passport, you need to supply us with some extra information. After reservation you will receive an email from our call center, asking you to provide us with following data : full (official) name, birth date, nationality, international passport number and expiry date of the international passport.
• Cuba : international passport + a tourist card (approximately 17,36 euro, included in the Jetairfly price). for stays longer than 30 days a visa is required. Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey. In general, it is strongly recommended to hold hotel voucher or booking for a min. stay of 2 days.
NOTE: It is obligatory to take out a valid travel and legal assistance insurance with an insurance company directly connected with Asistur: 'Europ Assistance' is represented by Asistur.
If you have taken out a travel and legal assistance insurance with another insurance company, they will have to deliver you the required certificates
IMPORTANT: if you took out a legal assistance insurance with the company ‘Europ Assistance' via Jetairfly.com when booking your trip, you should also present the certificate indicating that ‘Europ Assistance’ is represented by Asistur upon your arrival in Cuba. You can download this certificate via our web site, under ‘My Jetairfly.com’.
You can also collect this form from our desk at the airport.
You have to present this document together with the ‘Jet Total Insurance’ voucher you will find in your travel documents; without a valid travel and legal assistance insurance taken out with ‘Europ Assistance', this certificate has no value.
Travellers who do not have a Belgian travel insurance covering medical expenses or are unable to present a certificate have the obligation to take out an insurance contract with a local company upon arrival at the airport in Cuba.
• Mexico : international passport valid until 6 months after return + a tourist card available upon arrival (free of charge). for stays longer than 180 days a visa is required. Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey.
•Jamaica : Jamaica : international passport valid until 6 months after return. For touristic stays longer than 90 days a visa is required. For a businesstrip longer than 30 days a visa is required. Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey.
• Egypt : Stays less than 1 month: for Belgians, an identity card (valid 6 months beyond departure date) is sufficient.
! Egypt only accepts the electronic identity card with chip.
A visa is also obligatory. Upon arrival an amount of €18 has to be paid to the Jetairfly local agent for the visa (or 15 USD if you buy it at the counter at the airport). Bring 1 passport photograph!. Stays longer than 1 month are possible : an international passport (valid 6 months after return flight) is required, next to a visa. • Jordan : Belgian identity card (*) is sufficient to enter Jordan when all the following conditions are met :
* Arrival at Aqaba Airport with returnflight from Aqaba Airport
* Prebooked roundtrips with excursions within Jordanian territory
Or Hotel stays in Jordan, without diving excursions
* Date of booking > 5 working days before departure
(*) The ID-card must be valid for a period of minimum 6 months after return date.
An international passport, valid 6 months after return date, is still valid for following situations:
* for excursions in countries other than Jordan
* when part of your stay is in another country than Jordan
* When you have booked a diving excursion
* for last minute bookings, made within a period of 5 days before departure

Visa : a visa still needs to be purchased upon arrival in Aqaba. (+/- 11 euro), both for travel with ID-card and international passport,
•Israel : international passport valid until 6 months after return. (no stamp of Syria or Lebanon) For stays longer than 90 days a visa is required Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey.
•CABO VERDE: an international passport (valid 6 months after return flight) is required, next to a visa.

For a stay of more than 14 nights a prolongation of the visa can be requested locally. (within the first fortnight upon arrival in Cabo Verde)
KENYA
international passport valid until 6 months after departure.
Visa required. You can apply for a visa before departure at the embassy of Kenya in Brussels or upon arrival at the Airport in Kenya. Price in Kenya : 50 USD per person (also for children and babies. Valid for stays up to max. 90 days), only to be paid in USD in exact change (In Belgium the price for the visa is higher)

ZANZIBAR (TANZANIA)
International passport valid until 6 months after departure.
Visa required. You can apply for a visa before departure at the embassy of Tanzania in Brussels or upon arrival at the Airport in Zanzibar. Price in Tanzania : 50 USD per person, only to be paid in USD in exact change (In Belgium the price for the visa is higher).
Price is subject to change. The departure taxes for flights from Tanzania to Brussels are already included in the ticket price.
Visitor must hold ticket and all documents required for return journey.
Vaccination and proof of vaccination against yellow fever is required when you visit Tanzania mainland or Kenya, before arriving in Zanzibar.
