Jetairfly is a protected brand name of N.V. Jetair, Gistelsesteenweg 1, 8400 Oostende (Belgium), which is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Your personal data are asked with the purpose of
providing a prompt service in the future and/or drawing up a legal contract
between yourself and N.V. Jetair, as well as entering your Jetairfly booking
in our reservation system.
Only the data that are absolutely necessary are requested for. They include
your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as your
credit card number and its expiry date. We also need the names of all
passengers travelling with you. This information enables us to book your
flight and to send you a confirmation by e-mail or by post. We ask your
telephone number so that we can reach you within the shortest possible
delay if a problem occurs with regard to your booking.
At your request, we can save your address, so as to facilitate the procedure
for your next booking.
Once in a while, we may use the information we collected to inform you by e-mail of new Jetairfly services and special offers which we think may be interesting for you. You can cancel this service at any time by clicking on a special link at the bottom of each e-mail message or newsletter.
Obviously, you can also choose not to provide your personal data. If you do so, you waive the possibility to book via the Jetairfly web site.
N.V. Jetair will use your personal data for the sole purpose of sending a confirmation of the processing of your booking with Jetairfly. This guarantees the processing of your personal data in accordance with the principle of professional secrecy, as described in the Belgian legislation.
You have access to these data at all times,
you can correct them or object to their use. You can address your written
